The tradesman reference page is a page where Residents can nominate people they have used & been happy with. Residents can also include their own phone number to act as reference. The idea is for other Sunninghillers to be able to use this page as our own 'yellow pages' without the risk of getting some fly-by-night (as many have done in the past!).

4. Painter - Elymas - 073 2855 279 Elymas and his two sons do a brilliant painting job. His preparation of surfaces is something you don't see anymore, and he doesn't mess paint everywhere.

HANDYMAN

1. "Mr Shaheed Campbell Cell No. 083-528-7140 is currently doing some specialised woodwork at our home. Shaheed is thoroughly reliable, punctual & takes great care & attention over his work. He is also extremely polite. He undertakes all kinds of work around the house including fitting geysers etc and offers very reasonably priced rates for the odd casual work. 3. "We often use a guy called George from Blackfix. Her has fixed our washing machine, stove, lights, etc. and we have never had any problems with his work. You can contact him on 444 5438. I am not sure if he does work other than electrical stuff, but you can ask. Regards Judi Smit."

2. The Tree Doctor - Chris Middleton - 082 920 3107. He did a fantastic job of pruning and shaping our trees, and also treating our pepper tree which was sick. He also does landscaping.
3. Wheel A Waste - Ian - 083 268 1550. garden refuse removal. Always comes when he says he will; even sweeps up after he has finished loading.
