Suncomm Remote Panic

Statistics show us that many crimes occur in the home where victims are more than often
taken by surprise!!!

In the garden, mowing the lawn or hanging up the washing, relaxing in front of the TV or having a braai with family and friends, washing your car or pulling into your driveway you are vulnerable.  Do you  carry a remote panic button with you at all times?  Do you have a panic button at all? The answer is most likely NO – however in most cases your cell phone is close at hand

A REMOTE  PANIC BUTTON

ON YOUR  CELL PHONE

Whether you have an alarm or panic system in your home or  not ……… With the simple press of a button on your cell help is on its way!!!

Suncomm Panic is your link to friends, neighbours, family  and/or Savika Armed Response in an emergency situation.  If you are faced with an emergency simply press a designated button on your cell phone and your phone becomes a mobile panic button.  A distress SMS is sent to a number of recipients (up to 6) of your choice, including Savika Armed Response alerting them that you are in an emergency situation or in distress.

In an emergency situation the SCS control (SAVIKA ARMED  RESPONSE) receive the alert and instantly identify the user and their address by their cell number.   They do a LBS (location  based search – not GPS) search on the mobile phone, NOTE THE LBS ONLY WORKS WITH VODACOM AND MTN – however the panic sms works with all networks mobile phones. Once the panic is received we immediately send a high priority SMS and email with users (person who pressed the panic) approximate location to your  emergency contacts.  We also send each emergency contact an email with the alert details and a map of the user’s approximate location, this location can also be browsed online.

IF YOU ARE AT HOME IN SUNNINGHILL or ANYWHERE IN  SUNNINGHILL – While the emergency sms and email is being sent to your contacts, Savika Armed Response controllers are in the process of despatching our dedicated vehicles while monitoring our 53 CCTV
cameras – help is on its way.

If you are outside of Sunninghill when you press your panic,  your emergency recipients will still receive the panic sms and although Savika will not send their vehicles, they will work with your recipients in assisting to locate and help you – be it calling the paramedics, saps and or tracking company.
